Things to watch out for!

  • Night-time emails. Receiving an email from your boss at night begs a response, even if you’re not looking for one. Rarely is it urgent. Use delay send.

  • If you’re in the office for a meeting you organised and there are others dialling in, step into your own room and dial in too. The risk is creating an ‘us and them’ environment between office and remote workers. Nip this bias in the bud.
