Get the team together and follow these steps:

Step 1: Keep the “dos and don’ts” handy that you’ve just read about in this playbook for:

Step 2: In your team, work through your own examples for each of these areas.

What are the ones you commonly hear or see or do that make you cringe a little bit? Make a list and don’t hold back!

Step 3. Commit to new, better ways of working as a high performing flexible team.

Fill in the blanks:

Step 4. Aim for 2-3 actions for each area that work on the things you can do better.
